The standard Wave Collapse uses carefully selected high-gain silicon transistors and red LED clipping diodes for an aggressive, modern character. This limited edition replaces those with hand-selected N.O.S. Russian germanium transistors in the fuzz stage and N.O.S. germanium clipping diodes in the JFET output stage, shifting the pedal towards a richer, more vintage-inspired response while preserving the wide experimental range that makes the Wave Collapse so compelling. The exterior has been redesigned to reflect the uniqueness of the circuit inside. Each pedal features a cream powder-coated enclosure with matching cream knobs and a hand-patinated copper control plate that has been sealed beneath a tough, clear resin finish for long-term protection.
